Fitness has always been a passion of mine. I love being in the gym or out on the trails!
I've also spent several years researching cardiovascular disease and diabetes as part of my PhD. Which gives me a research informed perspective for working with a wide variety of people on their fitness goals.
I'm active in several running communities across Melbourne and Bendigo and a veteran of multiple ultra-marathons.
Whether it's a fitness class, simply staying healthy, training for your first running event, your first ultra, building muscle or losing weight, I am excited to help everyone wherever they are on their fitness journeys.
Currently I'm close to completion of my Cert III + IV in Fitness and am looking for a few folks who would be interested in some free courses. Hence, why I've setup this site.
